People from all over the world attend Anthony Robbins events. Recently Date With Destiny was held in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. 6 Days of hyper motivation, Firewalks, Dancing, Shouting and screaming. 6 Days of high energy. Early starts and really really late nights.

New friends, many becoming life long friends. Great personal discoveries. A time of intense self-discovery. Mission statements, planning and goals. Targets, demonstrating all is possible and it is all in the mind.

Where the focus goes, energy flows.

We can use the concept, ‘where the focus goes, the energy flows’ to build even more personal power and control into our lives. I find the following strategy empowering: when I get stuck and frustrated I ask myself, “What am I supposed to be learning from this?” I turn it back on myself. It un-sticks me. And really, the only person who I can really make do anything is me. I focus on the learning.

And since, ‘where the focus goes, the energy flows’ turns the focus back to me, I have energy flowing into me and my actions, instead of it getting all bottle-necked up in another person.

Gente de todo el mundo asisten a eventos de Anthony Robbins. Recientemente, Date With Destiny se celebró en Cairns, Queensland, Australia. 6 días de hiper motivación, Firewalks, Bailando, Gritando y gritando. 6 días de alta energía. Comienzos temprano y realmente muy tarde en la noche.

Nuevos amigos, muchos convirtiéndose en amigos de toda la vida. Grandes descubrimientos personales. Un tiempo de intenso autodescubrimiento. Declaraciones de misión, planificación y objetivos. Objetivos, demostrar todo es posible y todo está en la mente.

Donde va el foco, la energía fluye.

Podemos utilizar el concepto, 'donde va el foco, la energía fluye' para construir aún más poder personal y control en nuestras vidas. Encuentro que la siguiente estrategia fortalece: cuando me quedo atascado y me frustré me pregunto: "¿Qué se supone que debo aprender de esto?" Me lo vuelvo a dar vuelta. Me desata. Y realmente, la única persona que realmente puedo hacer es cualquier cosa, soy yo. Me enfoco en el aprendizaje.

Y dado que "donde va el foco, la energía fluye" vuelve el foco de atención hacia mí, tengo energía fluyendo en mí y en mis acciones, en lugar de que todo se obstruya en otra persona.
