Árbol de la ansiedad (Psic. Fabiola Cuevas) Les comparto una explicación didáctica de lo que es la ansiedad a través de un árbol. Te cuento cuál es su origen y qué son las cosas que la aumentan. Espero que les ayude para entenderse mejor. La Tierra fértil donde se da la ansiedad es el miedo, donde se pueden dar raíces de creencias (distorsionadas) que con el tiempo se convierte en estrés. Este estrés puede ser pequeño y manejable como pequeñas plantitas, o bien, crecer a un tronco más robusto que ya sería la ansiedad, esto depende de qué tanto reguemos (aumentando) nuestras creencias distorsionadas.
